Per il nostro Team Tax della sede di Perugia ricerchiamo dei professionisti che si occuperanno di:
- Analisi delle problematiche inerenti l’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali;
- Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc.);
- Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc.);
- Tax due diligence; Tax compliance.
- Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza con votazione superiore a 100/110;
- Volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale o abilitazione all’esercizio di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato tributarista;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Esperienza professionale di 0 - 2 anni presso primari studi nazionali o internazionali e/o società di consulenza;
- Master in diritto tributario
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
- Buone capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e capacità di problem solving;
- Flessibilità e dinamicità.

We are recruiting a professional to join our Tax team in Perugia, who will be tasked with:
- analysing ordinary tax issues regarding the application of direct and indirect tax law to companies and public bodies;
- calculating the corporate income tax and the regional tax on productive activities (IRES and IRAP) and preparing annual tax returns (tax compliance);
- preparing VAT and substitute tax forms (tax compliance);
- analysing the taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); analysing and applying the tax credits and tax incentives under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (for R&D, Industry 4.0, etc.);
- a master's degree in business or law;
- certification to practice as a chartered accountant / lawyer or the intention of going into professional practice;
- a good knowledge of English; an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- up to two years of professional experience in leading firms;
- a master's degree in tax law;
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities; flexible and dynamic approach.
