YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Sr Office Manager for our Italy offices to maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure smooth operations, and improve company processes.
THE JOURNEY
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for all Italian Offices (Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, Palermo)
- Serve as the main contact for administrative matters, including PEC, payments, merchandising, and onboarding
- Quickly address and resolve Office-related issues
- Coordinate with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security)
- Manage office budgets and supply inventory, ensuring timely orders
- Cultivate a positive, sustainable work environment that reflects Glovo's culture
- Plan and organize Office activities to engage employees and boost attendance
- Support the organization of key events, such as leadership summits and conferences
- Ability to deal with various stakeholders (Sr managers, interns, external providers, …)
- Lead the planning of major Office events (Summer and Winter parties)
- Act as the local point of contact for the Glovo Cares volunteering program
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Hands-on attitude with Office equipment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest and implement improvements
- Proactive and can-do work attitude
- Italian and English mandatory
