Your role
We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with an analytical mindset, flexible and positive, able to generate networking.
The candidate will support the Product phases of industrialization collecting from Product Strategy team the volumes, the product positioning, the calendar milestones and ADV information and during the product Kick off he/her will collect the technical information of the new products.
He will work closely with the head of the proto. department but with a lot of interactions also with Lifecycle, Planning and with the Product Strategy teams.

The overall perimeter includes the whole Essilor Luxottica portfolio for the FRAMES category with a specific focus on the Made in Italy Products.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect the set of information in preparation for the Kick off meeting (G4 and G3 mainly)
- During the kick off meeting collect the set of technical info. in a specific database that will be under his/her accountability
- Keep these information always updated (both strategic and technical ones)
- Support the proto. team in the day by day activities and needs.
Main requirements:
- Confidence with data analytics
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving
- Proficiency in Power Point
- Project Management
- Lateral Thinking Proficiency in english and italian
