WSP Italia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with 4/5 years of relevant experience to join our team on a full-time basis in Milan or Turin, Italy. The successful candidate will become part of our dynamic and diverse organisation, working closely with our Central European team to lead and drive recruitment efforts primarily for Italy, with additional support for recruitment activities in Hungary and Turkey. You will be joining a wider recruitment team across Central Europe with a UK management support.

You are versatile across the recruitment spectrum—whether providing strategic advice, crafting compelling job descriptions, negotiating with external partners, or developing campus recruitment programs. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for WSP Italia.
You excel at identifying and engaging top talent, particularly in the technical labour market. Your strong communication skills and social nature have helped you build a solid network, which we will continue to expand together.

REQUIREMENTS WE REQUIRE:

• You have an extensive experience in recruitment at a corporate organisation or at an agency.

• You can deal well with diverse interests.

• You have knowledge and experience with Linked In (RS) and setting up labor market communication, knowledge of the CRM package Teamtailor is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
