Therapy Development Coordinator EMEA (based in Italy)

Scope of responsibility:
  • Support planning and execution of EMEA customer engagements program.
  • Establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following customer engagement events.
  • Partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel.
  • Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics.
  • Work with teams including Global R&D and EMEA marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions.
  • Coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international events.
  • Create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programs.
  • Create and manage specific tools to collect and analyze Voice of Customer.


Requirements:
  • BS in engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach.
