Overview

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to build a robust talent pipeline and develop a sourcing strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. This role is critical in leading and managing research and sourcing activities for the Talent Acquisition Team, HR, and the broader business. Emphasis is placed on experience in sourcing talent across diverse countries within the region.

What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers: Align sourcing strategies with hiring needs in collaboration with TA managers.
• Utilize Diverse Methods: Employ conventional and inventive methods to identify and engage talent across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on countries such as Japan, India, Malaysia, Australia, and Taiwan.
• Drive Talent Mapping and Research Initiatives: Identify and map talent pools with a focus on regional nuances.
• Innovative Talent Attraction: Implement creative ways to attract talent and build our brand presence.
• Pipeline Building: Pre-identify talent and build pipelines for critical business units.
• Global Collaboration: Work with a global sourcing team to exchange ideas and improve processes.

Who You Are

• Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition with a strong background in technical recruiting. Must have experience in talent sourcing for different countries within the Asia Pacific region, such as Japan, India, Malaysia, Australia, and Taiwan.
• Sourcing Knowledge: Proficiency in Boolean and X-Ray Search techniques.
• Geographical Expertise: Essential experience in managing tech recruiting across various geographies within the Asia Pacific region.
• Proficiency: Skills in program management, project management, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Exceptional focus on customer service, relationship management, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
