A dynamic management firm is actively seeking motivated individuals for full-time Compliance Coordinator positions. The role will support a wide range of compliance functions, including ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, conducting audits, and managing compliance training programs in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct audits and reviews to verify compliance in all departments.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance-related policies and communicate regulatory updates to employees.
• Collaborate with the legal department to investigate compliance issues and recommend solutions.
• Manage compliance training programs for employees.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including reports, certifications, and permits.
• Handle internal reporting on compliance issues, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Assist in the development of compliance strategies and initiatives to mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct investigations into compliance violations and report findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex information and draw clear conclusions, strong logic for data handling and manipulation.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (required).
• Proficiency in Cantonese (preferred).
• Proficiency in English (required).
• Technologically savvy is a bonus but not required.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
