CUSTOMER CARE LAUNDRY SYSTEMS - JAPAN
ABOUT THE JOB
In a team of 15 based in our historical Italian headquarters, you will work on the most innovative products of the Warewashing category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers.
Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS
The Commercial Organization in Japan is responsible for management of the Sales Channels and Service Networks. The Customer Care representative will have the responsibility to co-ordinate and follow-up After Market activities for Professional Foodservice, Beverage and Laundry products in the assigned Sales Region, at the same time boosting the sales values to be gained from the Customer Care Business.
The Commercial Organization in Japan is responsible for management of the Sales Channels and Service Networks. The Customer Care representative will have the responsibility to co-ordinate and follow-up After Market activities for Professional Foodservice, Beverage and Laundry products in the assigned Sales Region, at the same time boosting the sales values to be gained from the Customer Care Business.
- Provide after care service for existing and new dealers, service partners and customers.
- Generate revenue through the sale of a parts and detergents.
- Collaborate transversally with the different departments and resolve a various issues related to Customer Care internally.
- Provide a technical training for dealers, service partners and customers.
- Attend a project Customer Care related as necessary.
- Guarantees the implementation of customer care reporting and data collection to better customer experience.
- Builds and keep a solid relationship with dealers, service partners, customers and internal different departments.
ABOUT YOU
- Must have a minimum of a high school degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- IT : MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Language: Japanese (mother tongue) is must. English ability is a plus
- Demonstrate customer focus with business spirit, listening for customers
- Communicate effectively with good sense of contact
- Are able to manage stress and pressure, to be proactive and able to react quickly
- Analyze problems and situations and able to take decisions
- Adapt to change and doesn’t hesitate to be bold
- Know how to work in a team and develop transversal cooperation and is open-mindedness
- Demonstrate an ability to anticipate and plan and is organized & rigorous
