Custom Media is an award-winning integrated digital marketing agency based in central Tokyo. With over 15 years of experience in the Japanese market, we offer full-service, integrated marketing solutions that unite data with creativity, and we harness local and international expertise to bridge the gap between Japan and the world.
You will be responsible for hands-on execution and management of digital marketing campaigns for major foreign and Japanese clients.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in executing paid media campaigns and managing social media channels, with a focus on driving traffic and maximizing ROI across various digital platforms.

スキル・資格

・ Native-level English; business-level Japanese is a bonus
・ Hands-on experience in executing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other digital channels
・ Strong understanding of social media management, including content creation and platform management
・ Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to participate in meetings and effectively communicate with clients
・ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・ Ability to work under pressure with a self-motivated and flexible approach
・ A team player who is eager to collaborate and receive feedback
・ Familiarity with search engine marketing and social media advertising tools and analytics platforms like Meltwater, Google Marketing Platform, AHrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO tools
・ Eager to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to effectively apply them to ongoing campaigns

業務内容

・ Execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other social media channels
・ Optimize campaigns for performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI
・ Create and manage social media content, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms
・ Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track campaign success
・ Collaborate with account management and creative teams to align on campaign objectives and messaging
・ Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels, including content scheduling and engagement
・ Maintain strong client-facing communication by coordinating all project updates, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations with account and project managers before clearly communicating them to clients

学歴

・ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
・ Desirable: Industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications).
