September 18, 2024
Join the Mc Carton Foundation and help transform lives! We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Early Intervention Case Managers to oversee a caseload of children receiving Early Intervention (EI) services. - Family Communication: Communicate with families about services and provide in-person tours. Explain procedures and expectations to families.
- Deadline Management: Effectively manage deadlines for age-outs, closures, prescriptions, and medicals.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Early Intervention Team with administrative duties such as bussing, reception, and other office procedures.

- Strong organizational, technical, computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Ability to effectively work in teams.
- Passionate about serving our community and mission.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- College coursework in administration, medical services, social work, or an equivalent professional background is preferred.

Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, full-time, 12-month position.

- Deadline Adherence: Meet all project deadlines, ensuring timely communication and responses within department guidelines.
- Professional Relationships: Foster strong professional relationships with families and team members.
- IFSP Monitoring: Contact Service Coordinators 4-6 weeks before the IFSP end date to ensure timely updates and compliance.
