The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a pivotal role in supporting Smart News’s long-term strategic vision and financial health. By partnering with various departments like Ads, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, this group ensures that the company's financial planning is aligned with its broader business objectives. They provide vital financial insights for management, enabling data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury departments to provide a holistic view of the company’s performance, both in the short and long term. Their contributions help maintain the financial stability and growth trajectory of the company.
As a Finance Analyst in the FP&A team, you will be responsible for supporting regular financial activities, such as closing processes and management reporting. You will also collaborate with the Business Analysis and Data Science teams to create and maintain tools for financial analysis, enabling the company to drive effective financial decision-making. In this role, you will partner across finance functions, including IR, accounting, and treasury, and support financial analysis needs, while also taking on ad hoc project analysis requests. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of financial strategies across the organization.

• Support FPA team regular activities including close, management report
• Partner with Business analysis team and Data science team, create and maintain tools for financial analysis
• Support financial analysis needs from functions across finance department including IR/Accounting/Treasury.
• Support ad hoc project analysis request.

Requirements

• Working experience in FPA/Accounting/IR/BA over 3 years.
• Financial data analytics capabilities, including budget planning, FP&A analysis, and budget analytics, to drive data-informed decision-making processes
• Expertise in spreadsheet financial modeling
• Expertise in Tableau for advanced analytics and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling to support advanced analytics

• FPA、会計、IR、ビジネス分析における3年以上の業務経験
