Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant with prior office experience in a boutique Law Firm dedicated to serving the needs of the professional drivers.
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Assistant to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, smart, a self-starter with a strong work ethic who is looking to be part collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills, and customer service experience.
Second skills a plus.

Overview of Responsibilities and Skill Set
Answer heavy phone call volume with care and compassion to determine the client’s needs and respond to basic questions. Effectively communicate their case status and outcomes using our propriety program and data base. Build sustainable relationships with customers.
Willingness to learn, ask questions and seek information.
Clerical tasks and data entry. Assist with daily mail and emails.
Assist in preparing, edit and proofread basic notices and documents using prepared templates. Communicate with Court Clerks to confirm conference dates.
Strong listening skills. Ability to calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
Possess self-motivation with organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
Time management skills including the ability to work with a team as well as independently.
A desire to solve problems.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
