About Our Client

Job Description

• Organise and facilitate meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items
• Provide support for internal events and initiatives
• Manage risks and dependencies across different teams and organisations
• Develop and implement processes to ensure effective coordination and communication between teams and with ID Service stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with leadership and management teams to ensure successful program execution
• Establish a governance framework that includes key performance indicators, set milestones, and defines a reporting schedule
• Monitor program progress and metrics to ensure milestones are achieved on time
• Proactively identify issues, resolve challenges, and recommend process improvements
• Define and uphold project management standards across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in project management and/or PMO functions
• Skilled in managing risk and uncertainty for teams and individuals
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experienced in evaluating products and processes for compliance
• Proven ability to lead and influence within a global matrix organisation
• Proactively identifies and removes obstacles to ensure project success
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
