Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with project teams to create compelling and memorable pitch documents, containing persuasive value propositions and effectively developed win strategies
Support: Rehearsals and provide observations on engagement, chemistry, and flow
Pitch opportunities end to end, including the pre-qualification stage, key issues analysis, strategy formulation, drafting and editing, internal and client debriefs.
Rehearsals, using the Asia Pacific Capital Markets (APCM) Pursuits pitch methodology to improve best practice
Development of other sales collateral as required (including copywriting and design guidance)

Be an active member of the broader Pursuits team, including engaging with members in regional HQ (Singapore)
Ensure that JLL branded collaterals adhere to JLL’s brand guidelines including Tone of Voice

Performance Objectives
Closely support the creation of compelling and winning bids for JCM’s “must win” opportunities
Support the roll out of JCM initiatives together with senior leaders
Maintain central repository for best-in-class materials to the APCM Capital Markets business

Key Skills
Fluent in Japanese and English
Confident communicator with excellent writing, presentation and collaboration skills
Able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask and priorities to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to analyse and translate basic data
