• Meet company set annual targets in relation to the refurbishment business, at agreed contribution rates, through a proactive effective programme of lead generation and customer visits• Create a strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of potential Customers and successful business in line with the Company’s growth targets• Prepare regular sales and contribution forecasts• To prepare detailed enquiry pre-qualifications and develop ‘strategies to win’• Liaise with other departments for the collection of refurbishment equipment from customer’s sites• Produce timely Quotations within the agreed pricing policy and issue with the supporting operations Reports to the customer.• To follow up all enquiries issued into the markets to maximise proposal conversion rates• Negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale 12-2, Takezono 1-chome No.3 ISSEI Bldg., Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki-ken, Ibaraki, 305-0032, Japan
