仕事内容:
We are looking for a scheduler for construction work (US military construction) at the U.S. military base in Iwakuni.
Main work contents include:
・Work closely with Engineers, and Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of Design/Build construction projects using MS Project or P6 Primavera.
・Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline.
・Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
・Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
・Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
・Schedule preparation using Microsoft Scheduler/Primavera P6 　
・Prepare and Maintain submittal registers, including submission.
・Communicate with contract management personnel, and engineers.
・Assist with plan preparation and plan updates as required.
・Any other works designated by the company

・Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Project scheduling, and P6 Primavera
・Daily Conversation level Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)

勤務時間・曜日:

Mon.-Fri.　08:00～17:00（1-hour breaktime included）
Overtime work: approx. 10 h/month

勤務地:
You will basically be working at the AEC Iwakuni office. Depending on the situation, you may be required to go to construction sites on the base.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are available.

Base salary: 190,000 yen to 240,000 yen (monthly salary)

Qualification allowance: 5,000-50,000 yen (monthly) Various qualifications are subject to receive the allowance, paid depending on other conditions
Overtime allowance: paid in 1-minute increments
Commuting allowance: paid according to company regulations (commuting distance 2km or more, up to 30,000 JPY/month) *free parking lot is available
Nighttime allowance
Bonus: paid twice a year (based on performance and evaluation. 2.5 months' salary from previous year)
Salary increase: once a year
*Theoretical annual salary: 3 million yen to 4.3 million yen (including overtime pay)
