New Rochelle based Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Subsidy & Leasing Associate
Responsibilities will include:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
Benefits:
Responsibilities will include:
- Enter in all lease and Section 8 subsidy and program payments from the various agencies both in NYC and outside of NYC
- Reconcile subsidy and agency 8 payments with lease charges, both tenant and agency share
- Follow up with Section 8 and agencies for any discrepancies
- Submit lease renewals to Section 8 and agencies and follow up for lease increases
- Track any Section 8 suspensions and assist with reinstatements
- Respond to incoming inquiries from tenants and subsidy agency
- Facilitate collection and submission of required applicant documents
- Contact tenants to schedule lease signing or update documents as needed
- Perform other related duties and analysis as assigned
- Must have a strong work ethic and persistence
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and agencies
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet department goals
- Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel), familiarity with Yardi Voyager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
