The B2B Payments and Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers. We are part of the global Consumer Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us grow the Amazon B2B Payments & Lending (ABPL) business for Amazon Business customers. This marketer will own acquisition and engagement marketing for our flagship Pay By Invoice product, from planning to execution, helping drive customer awareness, product adoption and improving customer experience. If you have experience in payments or product marketing, A/B testing, are analytical, data driven, and detail-oriented, this is a great role for you.

Key job responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy and roadmap, build and run multi-channel campaigns that support our payments and invoicing solutions, with the goal of increasing awareness and driving acquisition of new customers.
• Lead launch of new marketing channels and marketing test & learn/experimentation from end to end, partnering with a team of high caliber marketers, data scientists, designers, and product managers across Amazon.
• Analyze performance of marketing strategy and campaigns, customer segments and lifecycle stages, seeking ways to improve performance, scale processes and drive impact.
• Influence product roadmap to improve customer experience to increase adoption.
• Develop scalable programs to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report marketing performance to leadership on regular business reviews.
