The H Academy is a Pre-K Academy for 3 and 4 year old children located in Oceanside, right next to the Oceanside train station. We are looking for a qualified ON CALL SUBSTITUTE assistant teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. We strive to give every Academy student a well rounded foundation not just academically, but emotionally, physically, and socially as well.
This position is for a substitute teacher and will have varying hours weekly and will be on-call.
Requirements:

• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Highly engaging personality that demonstrates a passion for children.
• Associates, Bachelors, or CDA - preferred, not required.
• CPR Certification - preferred, not required.
• Experience with Creative Curriculum - preferred, not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement weekly lesson plans based off of the Next Generation Learning Standards and the Creative Curriculum framework.
• Constant supervision of students at all times using face to name recognition.
• Maintain a clean and well organized classroom consistent with all health and safety standards.

Salary:

• Based off of credentials and experience.
