役割：

• 新モデルの発売に向けた、メンテナンスプランの販売戦略の立案・実行。
• いすゞグループとの協業を推進し、アフタービジネス拡大のための戦略の構築。
• グループ全体で純正整備の囲い込みにより、稼働率・生産性を向上し、ビジネス拡大を図る。
  • メンテナンス商品の新たなビジネスモデル、販売戦略の構築。
  • グループ内のファイナンス会社との協業、契約管理プロセスの強化、法令順守。
  • プロセス・ITシステム統合プロジェクトへの参画。

主要な成果責任：

• ファイナンス会社（いすゞリーシングサービス）との定期的な情報会議、商品開発や販売戦略構築のためのプロジェクト会議の企画・運営など。
• 定期的なKPI（販売実績）の集約・分析。ジャパンセールスの各リージョン、拠点のパフォーマンス向上を目的とした施策（キャンペーン、トレーニング等）の立案、実行。
• システム開発プロジェクトへの参加、導入計画の策定・実行。
• 新モデルの発売準備、プロモーション、社内外のイベントサポート。
• 他の整備契約（SLA）、リース保険など関係各部署と幅広く連携し、ビジネス拡大を目指す。
