【仕事内容】

（Immediately after hiring)

TSMC/JASM welcomes a person who is willing to support its projects to build a new fab in Kumamoto in Japan as a member of the legal team. Major responsibilities include:

• Contract negotiation with Japanese and international companies. (Contracts include Japanese contracts and English contracts.)
• Corporate governance and compliance related matters.
• Management and collaboration with outside counsels.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

【応募資格・条件】

• Min.3years of legal experience in law firm or in-house legal department of major companies (manufacturing, trading, construction or engineering company preferred).
• Self-motivated with good communication skill: a person who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders
• Japanese & English skill: being able to communicate in English with international colleagues is an essential skill for this position.

【給与】

年俸6,000,000円～15,000,000円
※経験や能力を考慮して決定致します。
交通費別途支給あり
