【仕事内容】

・TA Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment teams of newgrads, midcareer, Haken and onboarding to fulfill quality manpower
・The successful candidate needs to work closely with function heads in JASM and TSMC headquarters in Taiwan to align corporate initiatives and leverage resources
・Manage the entire recruitment process with justified data and reports efficiently and effectively to make right TA judgement, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
・Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job postings, SNS＆employee referrals, to attract right talents.
・Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations

【応募資格・条件】

・BA's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field
・10+ years of experience in TA is a must
・Experience leading＆managing a team of recruiters
・Strong understanding of recruitment strategies & best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
・Business level English capability＆fluent Japanese communication
・Experiences in HRBP or other HR functions are plus

【給与】

年俸8,000,000円～12,000,000円
※経験や能力を考慮して決定致します。
交通費別途支給あり
