Job Description:
We are a reputed company in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, looking for a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be bilingual and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a well-organized workplace.
- Assist in HR tasks such as employee attendance tracking, document management, and visa processing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Support management in meeting deadlines and coordinating events or meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor laws.
- Must be bilingual (Arabic and English proficiency is essential).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role in Kuwait.
- Visa 18 Normal required.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD400.000 per month
