Responsibilities
~Menu Planning, Event planning, Sales Planning, Waste Planning, Budgeting and Marketing
~Staff control ( hiring, training, and supervising staff in all departments, scheduling )
~Dealing with suppliers and contractors
~Managing the day to day operations and staff in all departments
~Ensuring quality is consistent all around, Inventory Control
Location: Bnied Al Gar Working Hrs: 8 Hrs (Weekly 2 Days Off)
