Job Title: Chocolate Chef
Location: Sharq, Kuwait
Salary: 500-600 KD
Working Hours: 9 hours/day

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chocolate Chef to join our premium chocolate store located in Sharq, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting high-quality chocolate products and pastries, demonstrating both passion and expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and design a wide variety of chocolates and pastries in line with the store’s premium standards.
• Innovate and create new chocolate products and recipes to expand the menu.
• Ensure all food items are prepared to meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage the inventory of raw materials and ensure timely production of orders.
• Monitor quality control and consistency of all items produced.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff if necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef or Pastry Chef with a focus on chocolate products.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and other specialized techniques.
• Creativity in crafting new and unique chocolate desserts and treats.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness practices.
• Visa 18 (Normal) only.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
