We are seeking an experienced and creative Chocolate Chef to join our premium chocolate store located in Sharq, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting high-quality chocolate products and pastries, demonstrating both passion and expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chocolate Chef to join our premium chocolate store located in Sharq, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting high-quality chocolate products and pastries, demonstrating both passion and expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design a wide variety of chocolates and pastries in line with the store’s premium standards.
- Innovate and create new chocolate products and recipes to expand the menu.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and ensure timely production of orders.
- Monitor quality control and consistency of all items produced.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff if necessary.
- Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef or Pastry Chef with a focus on chocolate products.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and other specialized techniques.
- Creativity in crafting new and unique chocolate desserts and treats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness practices.
- Visa 18 (Normal) only.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
