Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of work experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns in the real estate industry. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our properties, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Core Responsibilities:
This position includes but does not limit to the following:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for our real estate properties, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Create engaging and persuasive content across various digital platforms, such as website landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Manage and optimize company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement necessary improvements.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using various analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer preferences, and local market conditions to effectively tailor marketing strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital marketing and ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity in carrying out the job.
- Achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all skills required to perform the role.
- Ensure that performance goals set by and agreed with management are achieved during the course of the year.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to develop innovative and visually appealing digital marketing assets.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of web development, UX/UI principles, and website optimization for lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas concisely.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in MS Office and email and tech savvy.
- Ability to use word processors, spreadsheet, and email applications effectively.
- Fast typing in Arabic & English is a plus.
- Should be able to make basic arithmetic calculations.
