Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on the Retail and Supply Chain modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data discrepancies, and user errors. Respond to and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Assist with configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements, including inventory management, purchasing, and store operations. Collaborate with the partner team to implement updates, and enhancements. Perform system checks and regular maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor data accuracy within the Retail and Supply Chain modules, addressing inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity.
