We are a leading paper production manufacturing company based in Kuwait, committed to maintaining operational excellence through innovative and efficient IT solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated IT Support professional to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, network devices, and business-critical software.
- Monitor and manage the performance of IT systems, ensuring optimal uptime and availability.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware, including servers, desktops, printers, and network equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols, including regular system backups, software updates, and antivirus management.
- Assist employees with technical queries and provide necessary training on systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets to streamline operations and facilitate troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven IT support experience in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, with proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Knowledge of network management (LAN/WAN) and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Immediate availability to join.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD250.000 - KD400.000 per month
