As an ESG Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable practices across client organizations, from minimizing environmental impact and fostering inclusive work cultures to ensuring compliance with evolving ESG regulations. • Leading sustainability assurance for clients’ non-financial disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest standards.

• Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal writing, presentations, and thought leadership on the latest ESG trends and practices.

Ideal Profile:

• Qualifications: Professionally qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent). An additional ESG/Sustainability qualification would be an advantage.
• Experience: 7+ years in ESG/Sustainability, ideally within a Top 10 accountancy firm.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise risk management practices (e.g., COSO/ISO 31000) and industry reporting frameworks (Global Reporting Initiative, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol).
