Purpose and Scope of the Job: The IT Coordinator is responsible for overseeing IT projects, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical support to the organization. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems and services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project timelines, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and deliver IT solutions.

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, including hardware, software, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate procurement processes and oversee the acquisition of IT assets and services.

• Knowledge of Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Knowledge of Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain accurate records of support activities.
• Implement and manage IT support processes, including helpdesk and ticketing systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate project updates, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for staff on IT tools and best practices.

• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications, Competences and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, vendor management, and technical support roles.
Language: Well versed in Arabic and English languages
Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills
Performance Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Comp TIA) are a plus.
