Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Purchaser to join our construction team. This role will oversee the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.

5-10 years of experience in construction purchase field.

Pay: From KD700.000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate purchasing for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Research and source vendors, negotiate pricing, and establish long-term relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs based on project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to align purchasing with project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and transactions.
- Proven experience as a purchaser in the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
5-10 years of experience in construction purchase field.
