Manager - Project (AMPS)

Responsibilities

•Promote the company's growth by developing a solid project partnership pipeline and the successful, timely, and budget-conforming execution of contracts.•Work closely with stakeholders to guarantee high customer satisfaction and project success.•Responsible for effectively managing stock inventory within the company, supervising local vendor payments, and handling petty cash.•Maintain lasting customer relationships, setting up a system for customer feedback, resolving any issues, establishing firm communication with clients, understanding the technical aspects of products deeply, and preparing regular reports.•Develop a detailed project plan, aligning all aspects with project objectives, and assist the sales team in tender/project bid participation.•Effectively lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring everyone works towards common goals and submitting all required documentation on time.•Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.•Keep stakeholders informed and engaged by regularly reporting project status and progress.•Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.•Ensure project quality, time, and budget standards are met to achieve successful project outcomes.•Avoid personal and professional conflicts of interest, promote ethical conduct, and comply with local laws and company policies.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Education Degree

: Bachelor

Major

: Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with a background in Business Administration field.

Experience

Years of Experience

: 10 - 14 Years

Field of Experience

: • Managerial experience in industry project management and business management.• Substantial experience in project management.

Skills

•Demonstrated a history of effective management and team leadership achievements.•In-depth expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, principles of risk management, and solution sales strategies.•A comprehensive understanding of business operations, specifically project management, power set and engine installations, finance, and controlling.•Superb skills in communication, negotiation, and managing interpersonal relationships, as well as the capacity to identify issues, aggregate data, ascertain facts, and conclude effectively.•Strategic thinker with a talent for problem solving and making well-informed decisions, as well as the capacity to identify issues, aggregate data, ascertain facts, and conclude effectively.•Essential OEM technical experience is required.•Extensive familiarity with rotating equipment products.•Thorough understanding of Compliance Regulations related to anti-bribery and corruption.
