Responsibilities
•Maintain and build solid relationships with key accounts.•Oversee front office receivables and collection activity.•Install uniform practices throughout the operation and observe deadlines.•Maintain high service standards and build solid rapport with counterparts at customer side.•Fulfil the department’s Key Performance Indicators.•Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate department personnel.•Follow up CSI scores, and take necessary measurements with relevant parties to ensure achievement of targets.
