We are looking for an experienced and well qualified PROCUREMENT OFFICER & INVENTORY CONTROLLER to join our team.
Location: Sharq, Kuwait city
Salary: 350- 400 KD.
Responsibilities include:

• Oversee inventory of products & packaging items and supply chain management according to company guidelines

• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock

• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle

counts

• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies;

troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records

• Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to

determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment

• Review production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform

quality control decisions

• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with

management.

• Nurture positive relationships with suppliers- products and packaging, forecast and arrange orders to ensure to avoid Out of Stock or low stock situations. Tracking of shipments and informing the management falls under this responsibility.

• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand for inventory of items and

jewelry and ensure that the organization maintains optimal stock levels to meet
customer needs
Checking EO requests for Harvey Nicholas Kuwait and Harvey Nicholas Qatar and coordinating with their team to make sure accurate prices and qty required are sent in a timely manner. Maintain a neat, labeled warehouse at all times

• Arrange replenishment for branches with stocks and packaging items as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs of experience in the same field
• Must have a business degree or equivalent
• Must be independent to find solutions related to this department.
• Should be well versed with formulas on Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Should have good Math knowledge.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks
