Job Title : Receptionist
Start Date: September 2024
Job purpose

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, students, and staff warmly, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, handle scheduling, and maintain student records with accuracy.
• Student Assistance: Assist students with daily needs, including signing in/out and delivering messages.
• Visitor Coordination: Ensure all visitors sign in and follow school safety protocols.
• Communication: Liaise with teachers, parents, and external partners, providing information and support as needed.
• Office Duties: Maintain office supplies, handle mail, and perform general clerical tasks.
• Record Keeping: Update and manage databases, including attendance and emergency contact information.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding practices.

Skills, experience and qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of school systems and procedures is a plus.
• Computer skills in using Microsoft Office, progress and attainment tracking, and other programs that serve the school purposes.

Salary: 350 KD/-
