Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Coach to join our team at [School Name]. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and coaching students in swimming techniques, water safety, and competitive swimming skills. You will work closely with students of all ages and skill levels to develop their swimming abilities and foster a love for the sport.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct swimming lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, strokes, and breathing exercises.
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to help them improve their swimming abilities.
• Ensure the safety of all students during swimming lessons and practice sessions.
• Organize and supervise swimming competitions and meets for students interested in competitive swimming.
• Develop training programs and practice routines to help students prepare for competitions.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support students' swimming goals and progress.
• Maintain swimming equipment and facilities in safe and working condition.
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in swimming instruction and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a swimming coach or instructor preferred.
• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid required.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels.
• Passion for swimming and teaching others.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for swim meets and competitions.
