Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Jahra, Kuwait
Salary: 350 KD + 20 KD Transportation Allowance
Job Type: Full-Time (9 hours per day)
Visa: 18 Normal and Small Project Accepted
We are a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing delivery services and casual dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and training.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve service delivery for both dine-in and delivery services.
Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, particularly in delivery and casual dining settings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ready to join immediately.
Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws is a plus.
