Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong background in indoor sales, particularly in the fashion industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and personalized recommendations.
• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and promoting the right products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends in organic women's clothing.
• Merchandising: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including restocking and inventory counts.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in indoor sales within the retail sector, preferably in fashion.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a passion for sustainable fashion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Visa 18 Normal is required.
