SERVICE ADVISOR (SERVICE)

The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, managing vehicle check-ins, updates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Your strong organizational skills and ability to build customer relationships are key.
Role:
- Greeting Customers and manage vehicle bookings
- Provide updates on vehicles progress and ensure timely service completion
- Maintain product knowledge and upsell services
- Keep accurate records
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive industry
- Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 3-5 years’ related dealership experience
- Age group: Below 35 years
- Preferably Engineering Degree (ASE certification is an added advantage)
- Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa will be accepted)
- Holder of Kuwait Driver’s License is an added advantage
