• Manage daily SWIFT message processing, including payments, trade finance, and securities transactions, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  
• Monitor SWIFT systems for operational issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure adherence to SWIFT compliance standards, AML/KYC regulations, and implement risk controls to secure transaction processing.
  
• Conduct daily reconciliation of SWIFT transactions, promptly resolve discrepancies, and prepare operational reports for management.
  
• Work closely with departments such as Treasury, Payments, and IT to optimize SWIFT workflows and provide guidance to team members on SWIFT protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SWIFT operations within a financial institution.
  
• Proficiency in SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX) and payment processing systems.
  
• Strong understanding of compliance (AML/KYC) and risk management in SWIFT transactions.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
  
• Preferred: Experience with SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFTNet, and knowledge of ISO 20022 standards.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
  
• Resident of Kuwait.
