Job Description

Purpose of the job

To provide support and assistance to the Directors, Managers and Administrators in connection with the professional trust and company administration services provided by Ocorian (Luxembourg) S.A.
Main responsibilities
  • Assisting seniors to prepare draft and legal documents, from A-to-Z full company life cycle with support of corporate manager
  • Liaising with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks and other service providers
  • Organizing board meetings and drafting board minutes and resolutions with support of corporate manager
  • Acting as the client's contact person for legal and administrative matters, and liaising with in-house and external service providers
  • Provide assistance in the context of constituting new entities and liquidations, and also draft and review legal documentation
  • Publish the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as other modifications such as the change of seat, etc
  • Helping customers fulfil their legal duties; monitor legal and other business documents, and maintain legal files
  • Comply with Ocorian policies and procedures at all times and participate in their ongoing review and development
  • Preparation and execution of the payment instructions for client companies
  • To assist the manager, providing daily support as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law/business administration or experience as corporate administrative assistant/ any other training certifications in the legal field will be a strong advantage in your application.

  • Fluent in English (French and/or German would be an asset)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same field in Luxembourg
  • Strong IT skills
