Job Description Summary: The Pay Pal group provides regulated payment and related services inthe European Union from its European headquarters, Pay Pal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Pay Pal Europe), a credit institution in Luxembourg, supervised by the Commission de Surveilance du Secteur Financier. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic lawyer to join our growing team with responsibility for regulatory legal matters in the EU. The Regulatory Legal team provides regulatory guidance to Pay Pal Europe and interpretation and advises on enforcement of European laws and regulations relating to payments, digital services, consumer protection, anti-money laundering, among others. A successful candidate should have a deep knowledge of the EU regulatory regimes and extensive experience dealing with regulatory authorities and industry associations. You will be based in Luxembourg and will report into the Head of EU, UK and ICE Regulatory, Product and Corporate Governance Legal. To succeed in this role, you should be mature, self-motivated, independent and well-organised with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. An ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders is essential.
