Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our Chief Product Officer and drive project coordination across key initiatives. If you are detail-oriented, excel at multitasking, and love to travel, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of projects, initiatives, or events
  • Monitoring project activities to gather feedback and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings and appointments, including simultaneous translation between Hungarian <-> English during meetings with different stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, internal stakeholders, and the leadership team
  • Anticipating potential issues or challenges and proactively identifying solutions or alternative approaches
  • Representing the Product Management professionally in all interactions, both internally and externally
  • Governing and managing documentation, assisting management with document preparation, editing, and duplication
  • Supervising and managing internal written communication and organizational documentation
  • Keeping to document deadlines related to management activities
  • Fulfilling any other professional tasks assigned by the direct superior and the Management

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
  • The knowledge in Italian or Turkish language will be an asset
  • Simultaneous translation capacity during meetings with different stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Open for travel multiple times per year
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with Product Development is a plus
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related role
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office package and experience with Jira, Confluence is an advantage
