How will you contribute?
The role is an early-career professional working under close supervision. You will support colleagues in various financial/accounting tasks, gaining practical experience and exposure to the Finance/Accounting activity. You have know and can explain financial theories, facts, policies, and practices related to own work. You are expected to propose solutions to problems faced are based on procedures and knowledge acquired through education. You contribute to identification and improvements proposals in systems or processes to solve problems.
You will be mainly in charge of:
  • Performing analysis, evaluation and synthesis of information following instructions.
  • Helping preparing financial reports, conducting data analysis, managing financial documentation, and contributing to daily financial operations, typically within a single area.
  • Contributing to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and specific analyses.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established LIST procedures and rules.
  • Participating in the implementation of changes or improvements in financial systems, tools, or processes under supervision.
  • Contributing to the internal/external audits in their field.
  • Communicating with parties within and outside of area of work to explain facts, policies and practices related to their work.
  • Being informed about changes in financial/accounting guidelines, rules, and policies.
  • Having a critical sense in the execution of their tasks, anticipate problems, proactively proposes solutions, and ask the intervention of other colleagues or the line management as needed.
  • Respecting and applying LIST-HSE rules and LIST rules in general.
Your first mission is to provide LIST key figures on a periodic basis. It consists in the planification of all operations required to produce these reports with the internal stakeholders, the collect of data, the calculation of different indicators, the collect and the homogenisation of comments, the contribution to the order book report. The mission also includes any work to improve the definition and the management of KPIs. The mission can also covers the contribution to other reports for specific assessments.
As part of this mission, you contribute to the time sheet management in close collaboration with the person in charge of collecting time sheets and of the overall time tracking at LIST

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of financial principles and concepts obtained through studies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good English and French knowledge, both orally and written.
