The Senior Manager Accountant (ACCA qualified) will oversee all financial and accounting functions, coordinating with international entities to ensure compliance, efficient financial reporting, and tax optimization. This high-impact role requires a proactive leader ready to manage complex, multi-country financial operations and support the Group's strategic growth.
Head of Accounting - Responsabilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee monthly reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, compliance teams, and accounting units across borders.
- Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Manage IFRS, Lux Gaap, and coordinate audit processes (UKGaap operations as well).
- Tax & VAT Optimization: Work closely with tax teams on DAC 6 filings and lead tax efficiency initiatives.
- 10+ years in accounting in a fund company, Big 4, or international firm.
- Diploma + ACCA certification with expertise in IFRS, Lux GAAP (UKGaap is a plus).
- Technically skilled, autonomous, deadline-driven, and an effective communicator with leadership abilities.
- English fluency mandatory and willing to work in an international environment with a hard work driven mindset. Any other language is welcomed.
