- Define and implement the HR strategy to accompany Business transformation and development in Luxembourg and its European branches (Brussels/Antwerpen, Paris, London, Madrid and Milan).
- Manage the HR function (business partnering, expertise areas, operations) and lead a team of 4 HR professionals.
- Develop and guarantee a first-class employer image to retain and attract diverse talent, in collaboration with the Group's departments (Recruitment and Talent Development).
- Ensure compliance with all our employment obligations in the countries where we operate and in terms of entity governance (in charge of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and reporting obligations to regulators).
- Be responsible for effectively contributing to and integrating global and local priorities to enable business performance.
- Report hierarchically to a member of the Authorized Management and functionally to the HR Bank Director.
- Be a member of the Executive Committee Lombard Odier (Europe).SA.
- Able to be a strategic HR Business partner at executive level and manage key stakeholders.
- Set direction for HR to help deliver business performance.
- Able to build and maintain trust both with the local and the global teams and align the local HR functional agenda with the global strategy and agenda.
- Political sensitive and able to build a good working relationship with Staff representatives.
- Self-aware with impeccable values, candour, courage and personal gravitas
- Innovative, Results-oriented, Strong initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to lead and have impact in a multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
