Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a HR Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission : As our next HR Onboarding Coordinator (m/f/d), your mission will be to organise , streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires into our company, helping them into their new roles and ensure them a seamless onboarding. You will be the coordinator of the full onboarding and induction process, interacting with all other supporting services.

Be a part of our team where you will:

Act as the onboarding champion for Pw C Luxembourg within the global Pw C network and translate the global recommendations into applicable material and policies;
Create and monitor various onboarding reports that fit the needs of teams involved in the process;
Ensure all communication and material for new joiners are accurate and up to date;
Be in charge of the continuous improvement of our onboarding process, tools and program;

Have a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: HR , management );
Know how to communicate appropriately and with assertiveness to a diverse group of stakeholders;
Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage, monitor, track and report the activity;
Are client service oriented;
Manage time and deadline effectively;
Solve problems and suggest solutions ;
