To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for an Incident Management and Business Continuity Consultant.
Mission
In support of the Corporate Governance and Internal Policies team, the consultant will provide the following services:

• Training Delivery: Provide training to IMT alternates, covering basic IMT principles, the client’s BCP framework, and

procedures in person at the client’s premises

• Tabletop Exercise Development: Design and deliver a practical tabletop exercise based on a realistic scenario that

engages all functional areas of the IMT

• Documentation and Reporting: Provide training materials, exercise documentation, and a post-exercise report

summarizing key learning points, areas for improvement, and any follow-up actions

Deliverables
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:

• Training Materials: Comprehensive training deck covering IMT and BCP basics as per the client’s BCP policies and

procedures for 8 people

• Tabletop Exercise: Develop and deliver a scenario-based tabletop exercise with realistic injects to facilitate discussion and

learning

• Post-Exercise Report: A comprehensive report summarizing the exercise, key findings, and recommendations for further

improvement

Skills
Technical skills:

• More than 6 years of experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management

• Experience in designing and delivering tabletop exercises

• Familiarity with Emergency Teams’ structures and BCP frameworks

• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and comparable public institutions’ practices

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
