IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Your profile:
- up to 2 years of work experience as IT Support or any equivalent position;
- strong organisation and communication skills in English and German;
- strong team player, motivated, proactive and flexible, with a business development and entrepreneur attitude;
- analytical thinking and grasp of complex structures;
- solution-oriented, independent and focused approach in compliance with the existing IT policies; and
- dedication and self-motivation.
-
onsite support:
- provision, replacement and ordering of mobile devices and user-related IT hardware in consultation with IT;
- supporting the Service Desk and other central IT units;
- Setting up and dismantling workstations, cable management, hard drive replacement, etc.;
- Assistance with troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, telephones, and conferencing systems;
- project management support; and
- software management.
