Your Role

Assist the Data Protection Officer in the management of data privacy topics and generally ensuring compliance of the company with GDPR:

Ensure review and improvement of Data Protection Activity Register;
Assist in the performance of Data Protection Impact Assessment;
Review Data Processing Agreement;
Assist in the assessment of the data protection impact of internal project and business opportunities;
Handle data breaches

Assisting the team with corporate legal tasks for the Luxembourgish entities [e.g. coordinate with the different departments to provide input for Bo D and AC, draft minutes, provide updates to the authorities such as RCS or CAA];

Supporting the team members with the preparation of various reports and drafts for outgoing and incoming mails /documentation [e.g. help with the files/letters/requests for the CAA in distribution and governance];

Actively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within Swiss Life Luxembourg;

Contribute and assist to Swiss Life Luxembourg group projects with the regulatory team [e.g. dormant policies, RIS, ESG]

Your Profile

Currently studying a Master’s degree in Law (with a focus on Data Protection)

Fluency in English, good level in any other language is an asset

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Organizational skills and rigor

Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

Curiosity, commitment and ability to learn
